1. Item returned is undesired for any reason, unopened and in condition originally shipped: 100% credit with return shipping provided by buyer.
2. Item was damaged in transit or otherwise defective: We will arrange for shipment transit return and replace item upon returned item's arrival at our business.
3. Item is objectively not as advertised (something we do not do) from the perspective of the buyer: We will make every attempt to correct this situation with our customer, but if resolution is not possible, the customer may return the item with all packaging, etc., provide for shipping, and agrees to pay a 10% of purchase price restocking fee.
4. Regarding computers and consumer electronics, once opened and used, item cannot be returned; however, any computer and consumer electronic device we sell is with a complete manufacturer's warranty and is sent fully insured.  We will assist our customers in every way possible to resolve any warranty issues.  If an electronic item or computer is damaged while in-transit, our customer should phone or write to us the day of shipment receipt: We will discuss the steps our customer should take to document the damage, return the item to us (we pay for shipping), and we will replace the item with a new unit.
