Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for the following reasons only: 

Items are damaged during transit or delivery. 
Items are found to be DEFECTIVE. 
Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered. 
Products MUST be returned in the original packaging and the customer pays for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by ToyArena.com. All return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange. If item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee of the total value will apply.

All approved returns must be delivered to ToyArena.com in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged.
