Offered here is ONE new old stock, vintage ECG18, NPN silicon transistor. The ECG18 cross references to; NTE18 and SK9666. The NTE18 datasheet gives the following info; NTE18 is a discontinued device and no longer available, high voltage, high current capacity driver, 80V maximum for both collector-emitter and collector-base voltage, and 1W power dissipation.
