Transmetropolitan 1-16 lot plus Hembeck illo
I have the first 16 issues of the popular DC/Vertigo/Helix (whew!..) series, the Warren Ellis scripted Transmetropolitan, up for sale as a lot. To sweeten the deal just ever so slightly, I've included an original, multi-colored drawing of the book's lead character, Spider Jerusalem, by yours truly, quasi-famous cartoonist, Fred Hembeck, on a piece of nice 2 ply plate bristol! All this, and books priced to move too! Wow!
These are books from my personal collection, which, y'see, is long overdue for a trim. They are NOT being offered for sale in bags and boards, but instead in their natural state of free range comics. Worry not, though--they've been kept neatly in a traditional comics long-box since they first came into my possession, and look all the world to me as being in really extremely close to as-near-as-possible-to-honest-to-gosh-mint-without-actually-being-slabbed-away-in-thick-clear-Lucite condition! In other words, you WON'T be disappointed with their shape.

I'm gonna pack'em up all nice and secure in a box and send them off via media mail once I receive payment from the auction's high bidder.
$8.00 for postage and handling within the U. S.--please inquire for shipping costs outside the United States.
$2.30 insurance fee optional.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Sales are, as the old saying goes, final.
Good luck, Transmetropolitan fans!!
