| * 14 calendar days upon receiving the products with all tags and inserts intact, and new/not used, the buyer can exchange for the same item if manufacturer defect is found |
| * For manufacturer defect exchanges, the buyer needs to be notified by email and a RMA # needs to be issued to the buyer before the buyer can ship back the exchanged item. If no email communication or RMA # has been given to the buyer prior to returning the item, the seller can refuse the shipment |
| * The exchanged item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you receive it |
