Our ground shipping services are provided by the United Parcel Service (delivery time is 2 to 6 days not counting weekends) or in some cases FedEx, insurance included, to the 48 U.S. states.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES.

ATTENTION:  Dynasty USA drums are all made-to-order and require time to build before shipping. Please email BoomBoom Percussion at questions@boomboompercussion.com for all Dynasty shipping inquiries and availability.

We cannot ship NEW store stock inventory to any APO, FPO, or U.S. military addresses. We also cannot ship to any U.S. Territories, including Guam & Puerto Rico at this time. Please provide us with a valid U.S. mainland address.

Insurance is automatically included in your shipping charges.

BoomBoom Percussion assumes that our customers will be available to accept delivery of their orders. Tracking is provided as a convenience for ALL orders placed with BoomBoom Percussion. The tracking numbers provided can be verified on the respective parcel carrier's website.

All orders totalling $250 or more will ship with Signature Required service upon delivery. Please make arrangements to be available to sign for any such delivery.

You may request that a signature be required for delivery by contacting us at questions@boomboompercussion.com prior to placing your order. BoomBoom Percussion does not accept liability for deliveries that are left outside residences, or shipments delivered to apartment complex offices or common drop-off points.

Canadian shipments & International - WE DO NOT SHIP TO THESE LOCATIONS.
