We ship worldwide (same shipping & handling charge for all countries). All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via HK Postal Service by International Air Mail. We will ship immediately within 2-3 business days upon receiving your payment. Normally your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!

If you would like to receive a tracking number, please include an additional $2.00 USD fee for Registered Mail (per package). Without sending by registered post, the arrival of the item is at buyer's risk as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipment. So we are highly recommended to add the Registered Mail on your package.

Combined Shipping & Handling Charge: we offer combined shipping & handling (S&H) discount for multiple purchases if the items are paid and shipped together and the saving is simply pay the first item S&H in full and then deduct $2.00 USD from any subsequent items. (For example, if you won/purchased two items, the S&H charge for the first item is $6.00 USD and $7.00 USD for the second item. The total S&H charge for these 2 items is $13.00 USD. After deducted $2.00 USD S&H discount, your total combined S&H charge will be $11.00 USD). After you won/purchased the first item from us, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other auctions/items. When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in ONE combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. Please note that you will not receive combined shipping & handling savings and we cannot refund these charges if you checkout and pay for your items separately. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

We accept payment from PayPal. We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Money Order, Personal and Business Checks from other countries.

All payments must be submitted within 7 days after the auction has ended or eBay store purchase. If payment has not been received after that period, your item will be re-listed or sold to another bidder and a non-paying bidder report will be automatically filed with eBay.

Please DO NOT bid/purchase my item if you do not intend to follow up with payment. Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be left.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

Only defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please email us and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 14 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. No claims on used goods.

It is our policy to leave feedback for the winning bidder/buyer AFTER positive feedback has been received from the buyer. As soon as we receive positive feedback, our system will automatically leave positive feedback in return. If you have any problems, before leaving feedback please contact us and we are willing to work things out before negative or neutral feedback is posted.

Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
