against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery
on all DVDs.
All
returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the
merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition.
Unwanted
products may be returned with prior authorization only! Unwanted product
returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returned
DVDs are replaced with another DVD of same title or of equal value, but
they must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please
note, the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.
You can request an RMA# at
support@cvcjlots4sale.com use the subject "Request for
RMA#". Please enter your email address, Item #, and the problem with the
item. If you do not do this, we will not respond with an RMA#.

Payment for
auction should be received within 14 days after auction closes. All non-paying
bidders will be reported to eBay.
Any auctions or
correspondence that occurs after hours, over weekends or holidays, will be

Customers will be
responsible for all charges associated with shipping
and handling. Once the unopened merchandise is
returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for
the original purchase price less shipping and handling.
Standard First Class shipping
for a single disc DVD within the continental United States is $3.95.
1 to 3 single disc DVDs shipped on the same order, within the continental United
States will be $1.00 each for First Class Mail (transit time 3-12 days). 4 or more
single disc DVDs shipped on the same order, within the continental United
States will be $1.00 each, shipped Media Mail (transit time 6-16
days). DVDs are shipped with Delivery Confirmation
within 1-2 business days after confirmation of receipt of auction payment
and should be received in 3 - 16 days. Orders are shipped with delivery
confirmation.
Priority mail
shipping for a single disc DVD within the
continental United States is $6.10. Additional single disc DVDs shipped on the same
order, within the continental United States will be $1.25 each. DVDs are
shipped with Delivery Confirmation within 1-2 business days after
confirmation of receipt of auction payment and should be received in 2-5
days. Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
Optional Shipping Insurance
is available upon request, $0.85 per every $100.00 (example
0-$100. = .85)($101-$200 = $1.70 etc) We use 3rd party insurance through
our postage provider, the package has no markings showing it is insured as
per postal rules for 3rd party insurance.

accept any C.O.D. orders!
Canadian
shippingand handling for a single disc DVD is $4.95 for the first
item (ground
shipping) and $1.00 for each additional (may take up to 15 days to
arrive). Customer will be responsible for any Duty charges.
Shipping Notice:

days after confirmation of payment. Personal checks take 3-5 business
days to clear.
