The heavier weight of this solid brass costume makes all the difference in the movement and sound when you dance. The brass bells are cast in the northern Indian State of Uttar Pradesh; which is well known for quality brass manufacturers. The remaining parts, such as chains, hooks, coins, and medallions are made in Mumbai (Bombay) on the west coast. This is an excellent quality costume!
