Dr. Frederick has taught in major universities and colleges across the United States and  has conducted numerous seminars regarding the environment.  Dr. Frederick is a graduate of Shepherd College and earned his masters degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and his doctorate from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

Frederick's doctoral studies included the analysis of environmental and hereditary influences on overall human behavior.
