Some thoughts: I'm 5"4 and weigh around 126LB. I normally wear true religion stretch jeans in a size 24. gap pants/jeans in size 0, 1 or 25/26. I can wear this stretch pair in a size 24 but very very tight. I might go for a size 25 if I want to keep a pair. You can also go to a store and try some on. Pay close attention to the fabric. Try some made in 100%  and try some made in stretch fabric. True religion's fit is about 95% consistent (I will let you know that 5% here whenever I got one so you are covered). Once you get the feeling on which size you need in rigid and which size you need in stretch (doesn't matter whether it's made of 1% or 2% stretch), you can order online the same way.

Tag Size is determined by the traditional waist measurement which is taken above the belly button at the narrowest part of the waist. We only carry low-rise fit jeans so the part of the torso the waistband will hit is actually lower, closer to the hip which is why the actual waist measurement we got from the actual jeans will be larger than the tag size.  I suggest you to measure your waist up from the rise measurement and compare with the actual measurements given below.

Measurements. Please realize that measurements are always an approximation no matter how hard we try. We always try to measure the same spot at least 3 times and we can get 3 different results all the time so please understand that this is not 100% accurate. We will not take any returns based on this. Measurements are taken with the pant lying flat/unstretched. Waist: hold back/front waist band together so they form a straight parallel line, measure at top and then times 2. Inseam: fold one leg at the center crease and measure from X crotch seam to the hemline. This is meant to be a general guideline for fit only.

No returns. Exchange only policy:

We know how hard buying jeans online is. We want every pair you buy here not only makes you look good but also fits you good. That is why we have this exchange policy here. You can exchange item as many times as you need in order to find your perfect pair here as long as you keep the item absolutely new. Unfortunately we can't do returns because of the price we sell here. Please don't buy or bid if you can't agree.

The total of your new item(s) has to be the same amount or higher (you pay the difference) since we don't do refund. It doesn't have to be the same item since we might run out the size you want by the time you want to do an exchange. Please don't bid on the new item. We will adjust the listings ourself.

*1. The item is still in the condition we send you: unworn, unwashed, unaltered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Otherwise we will do "return to sender". We had received washed jeans, altered jeans and worn one time but spot washed jeans back before. Even worse, we received one fake jeans back so this buyer can keep our authentic one. Please make sure those won't happen again. We inspect every returned item extremely careful (every detail including the smell) so our customers can be happy with every pair they buy here.

**2. We have to hear from you within 3 days after you get your package. Otherwise all sales are final.

***3. You have to pay for all the shipping cost and the price difference if there is any. We have to make one thing very clear: We have some clearance items which accept best offer. If you decide late on that you need to exchange it (you bought at best offer) into a different item which has no best offer with it, you have to pay for the price difference even if the new item has the same original selling price as the one you bought. We add best offer to the clearance items and no best offer to the current items. We can't exchange clearance item into current item for the same price. You will pay for the price difference.
