Specifications of photo submitted:
MUST BE A PHOTO THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN. Copyright material can not and WILL NOT be used. Prefer digital images emailed, but will accept a print no larger than 4X6. SEND ONLY A COPY IN CASE OF GETTING LOST IN THE MAIL. When sending images for this item, please send as an attachment to the email message instead of embedding the image into the message. When the image is embedded in a message, it is automatically compressed and makes a much smaller image to work with.
Images must be in .jpeg or .jpg format. This is the best to work with. Low resolution images are not able to be enlarged due to the pixilation of the image. If the image submitted is too small to work with, it will be required to have another image submitted. If there is not an image that I can work with, a full refund will be given to the buyer. Quality work is very important to me as I am sure that full satisfaction is to you as a buyer.
When you commit to purchase, you will be emailed a photo upload form link for easy submittal of your image.

Shipping & Handling for this item is FREE!!! No matter how many you order, it is FREE SHIPPING!!! This is for standard USPS shipping in the continental Unites States. For international shipping, please contact me prior to purchase. I will find out what shipping will be and get back with you within 2-3 business days.
Shipping will take place within 2 weeks of payment/image receipt. This allows time for order processing and assembly of product. I can not be responsible for the item after it has entered the shipping process. I pack the item to protect it as best I can. But since the nature of the item is personalized, there can be no refunds/returns after the item has been shipped. All sales are final. Only if insurance is purchased, will the item be replaced if lost or damaged in the shipping process.
Payment Information:
Prefer PayPal, but also accept money order or cashiers check. Buyer must complete eBay's checkout process within 3 days of listing's end. Payment must be received in full by the 7th day after commiting to buy. If full payment has not been received by the end of the 7th day, an Unpaid Item dispute filed with eBay. Please remember that if you send a money order or cashiers check for payment, to include your photo that you would like to have used for the t-shirt, as well as a print out of your payment information page from the listing. 7 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE (Personalized Items)
1) Items will be replaced only if there are defects in materials only. Errors in design/layout are not included in the "Return Policy" due to a proof has been submitted and approved. Contact us prior to returning item for replacement to confirm the item is eligible for return.
2) Item must be returned to us at the buyers expense for s&h.
