One of many items from the estate of a retired radio, TV, telephone, and electronics repair-salesman. His name was Hugo Oliver and his amateur radio call sign was W2HQF. There are many vacuum tubes, others parts, consumer electronics, tools and test equipment to be had; I will be listing these in the months to come.
This is for ONE, 12AT7 dual triode, miniature vacuum tube. I assume it to be used because it came out of a large box of loose tubes that look more silvered than new tubes should.
It has: a plain branding of "12AT7 U.S.A.", black ribbed plates, and a large halo getter centered on top. The other lettering has partially off but I can just make out that it says "MOTOROLA MADE IN U.S.A. 8M" in red. On my Sencor T28 Tube Tester, it passed strong on all tests; shorts, emission, life test, and grid leakage. And on my early 1950s EICO Model 625 Tube Tester it passed all tests for shorts, open elements, and filament continuity. Also scoring 80 and 80 out of 100 for emission; I have no way of knowing what a new tube is supposed to score.
This item will be shipped in a well packed box. I can ship about 4 of this size tube for close to the above quoted price of one, domestically. Internationally, shipping multiple tubes may cost more than one because of extra padding for a longer journey. Combined shipping is available on all but the heaviest items (70 pounds USPS max). Shipping insurance coverage for this item is NOT included in the shipping price quoted above. Please contact me if you would prefer otherwise.
