Item Description

This Beautiful Ring is made out of COBALT-FREE Tungsten Carbide. It is all High polish and Has Metallic Carbon Fiber Inlay. This Ring is COBALT FREE!

Product Attributes:
Due to the extreme durability of tungsten carbide, it is virtually unscratchable and will maintain an everlasting high-polish finish. It is engraved "Tungsten Carbide" for authenticity.

Manufacturing Process:
Tungsten is processed with carbon and other elements and ground to a powder. The mixed powder is compressed into high pressure dies and then fired in a furnace at over 2,400 degrees F. Then the ring goes through a 30 stage precision grinding process using diamond tools. Rings with gold inlaid sections are made by grinding a groove into the center of the hard metal ring and fusing the the gold within the groove. The finishing process is unique in that diamond polishing compounds are used by skilled craftspeople and equipment to create a brilliant polish and luster that never dulls.
