The unit came of a Fl golf course. I was told it was purchased new in 2003. The unit was used to top dress fairways, drainage projects and adding sand to sand traps. I was told the unit was used maybe 10 time per year. The belt is good, does not have any cracks, has a small wear mark see pic. The unit is in great shape, was not used a lot. The unit is ready to work. There is some rust spots from the sand hitting the paint, however, this is cosmetic, no damage.

This is great for lawn renovation, top dressing. - Golf course, Landscape Contractor, Sports Complex..
