Although we use care and quality packing materials, the buyer is responsible for insurance on items purchased.  Postal insurance rates are minimal and certainly worth it.  We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.International bidders,please be advised that first class offers no insurance. If your item is lost or damaged, no recourse. Insurance is automatically included with priority international and UPS Standard to Canada.

Refunds:
As you can see from our excellent feedback record, our goal is to have happy, satisfied, repeat customers.  We happily refund 100% of the item cost plus original shipping charges if we make an error in the listing. If an item is specified Vintage,it may have normal wear for its age unless specifically specified. If you simply want to return the item for any other reason, we will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price minus the shipping.  All returns must be made within 7 days of item delivery and returned in its original condition and packaging.  All returns must be insured.  Please email us ASAP with any concerns and we will do our best to make it right!
