I really like the shape of this bowl; I find it really pleasing to the eye.  The wood for this bowl was given to me by a friend in Northern California after he had to take the tree down.  I turned it green or wet, and as it dried afterward it took on a more natural form.  It is finished with semi-gloss polyurethane.
