Turquoise Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet~Vintage & New~
This, my newest charm bracelet features a wide variety of turquoise sterling silver charms, vintage Santo Domingo bird fetishes, vintage and new sterling silver bench beads, and turquoise nuggets. For those new lookers--I've been making charm bracelets for ebay for more than 7 years now. All of the sterling silver charms I use are Native American made--some are new, some are vintage (1970-1980's), and some are old Harvey-era (1940's). I don't make any of the charms--no headpins, nor stone and bead combos that are referred to as "charms". I guarantee that the lucky bidder will be thrilled with this one of a kind, signed original bracelet.
The sterling silver triple-curb link bracelet is 8 1/4" long; the wearable length is about 8". The closure is a very heavy-gauge toggle. The two rows of charms are topped by a row of small turquoise nuggets and a row of sterling silver beads. Every silver bead is different--some are old handmade bench beads, some are vintage, some are new handmade, and a few are Bali (I threw in a few because they are so delicate.) There is a small silver tag with my name, "K. Maestas".
I've used more charms than usual--but I picked smaller to medium size--the longest are 1 1/8". The bracelet is more delicate, and more heavily packed with goodies--I'm very pleased with the results. Contemporary charms include a 1" long rectangular charm, Hopi overlay, signed by "Clifton Moya"; turquoise shadowbox charm signed "RP", and a natural Royston turquoise charm, signed "RY". Vintage and old charms include several old Zuni turquoise petitpoint charms--several very small at 1/2" and 3/4", old 1940's hand-wrought concho, and several old 1940's Harvey era pieces--include a bell with turquoise. There are 4 vintage handmade Santo Domingo turquoise bird fetishes.
The weight is 164 grams. Condition is excellent and original. Please ask any questions prior to placing a bid. I do not make Second Chance Offers.
