If you purchase multiple items on the same day PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A COMBINED INVOICE instead of sending multiple payments. We try to combine items whenever possible to save us time and our customers money.  Please add your email to our store mailing list and receive notifications of our new items.

Shipping

WE ARE UNABLE TO QUOTE COMBINED or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES IN ADVANCE
We combine items purchased on the same date if they are eligible and you wait for an invoice
Please use the contact seller link since if you use checkout the items cannot be combined after the fact.

International packages ship as merchandise only, please do not ask us to mark as gift.  We charge actual Airmail only plus a minimum amount for the required insurance.  If an item is stated as cannot be combined in the listing than we cannot box it with another to save you shipping costs.

Domestic packages almost always ship Parcel Post if the shipping is free. If you wish a faster service please let us know and we will send an invoice with the additional charges.

ALSO - We are not able to ship overnight since it is a pickup service and not a drop off service which does not allow for the packages to leave in the manner required for overnight delivery.

Insurance provided on all shipments through Collectibles Insurance Agency 

Insurance is included on all US shipments at no additional charge to our customers. Insurance is required on all International shipments and unfortunately we CANNOT QUOTE our International shipping charges prior to purchase - the items need to be packaged and we are unable to do that for rates only.


All of our products are NEW, never displayed, still in original box with original paperwork and are from a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise.  Sometimes the original boxes have labels, dents or scratches that cannot be helped - That is the way they were received and replacements are not always available. 

Items received damaged will have a refund issued not to exceed original purchase price, shipping is not included in refunds. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt and if we wish for item to be returned we will send a prepaid label.
