SHIPPING:

RETURNS:
If you have a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will work to correct it. Due to copyright laws, no returns on embroidery designs or book. To receive a refund, please return the item(s) to us and we will issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping) via paypal or merchandise credit.
