Overseas customers

If there is a confusion overseas customers are requested to get shipping & handling quote before they buy.  International buyers pay a FLAT RATE of for shipping and handling.

Please note International packages CANNOT be tracked and we cannot provide (tracking number) unless the package is shipped by EMS (Express mail service). We  highly recommend insurance incase of loss and damage We Take No Chances with your item and will not be responsible for any Loss or damage of the package.

Please Note: We use a "Certificate of Mailing" as proof that we mailed your international package, once it leaves our hands it's out of my control.

Please Note there is a 14 days Warranty if there is any defect which starts the day package is received. A restocking fee of 17 % will be charged and will be deducted from total amount.Their will be no charge for a exchange for a similar item or any other item available with the seller.

We wish we could accept full refund /return without any questions or limitations, unfortunately that is not possible as most of the items are used,old, classic and very delicate (Electronic items) which can be easily damaged by mishandling, not properly installed, lack of

knowledge/experience to operate and items are not always marketable.Therefore, we do not accept full refunds.

Return Procedures

Please send returns for the defective items only back to us insured for the full purchase value and using a traceable shipping method.Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any loss or damage in transit. Must be sent back in original packaging and original Invoice to the same
