Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock. If you have a question pertaining to stock, please e-mail us (auctions@supplementcentral.com). The cut off time for orders to ship the same business day is 1PM EST. Items ordered to a post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS. Also remember that UPS may require a signature on some deliveries. Orders that are returned because of 3 failed delivery attempts, shipped to the wrong address (when it's the customer's fault) or orders that are refused will all incur a $10 penalty. Weekends are not included in the estimated shipping times.

International orders are shipped via USPS primarily but UPS is also available. Normal delivery time for a USPS Airmail package is 3-6 weeks. Global Priority is available on some orders. We are not responsible for items seized in customs, so please know your local laws pertaining to the items you order. We do not alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details (marking it as a gift, etc.) Please do not ask. The customer also assumes full responsibility for seized items and no refund will be given for the shipping costs incurred.

PayPal is our primary method of payment at the moment and all payments must be sent to auctions@supplementcentral.com.

Returns

If you are sent the wrong product, please contact us at auctions@supplementcentral.com or by phone at 800-808-2996. We will gladly solve your problem and issue you an RMA number. All other returns are not accepted, so please be aware of the product you are ordering! Please contact the product manufacturer for all defective products.

Combined shipping is available and we charge by combined weight. Pictures are for reference only and may not be an exact representation of the product ordered as manufacturers update their products and pictures frequently. We are not responsible for typographical or graphical errors and all prices are subject to change.
