Shipping:
For most countries, shipping time is usually 7 - 14 days.
Sometimes items can arrive in 5 days, or sometimes it can take longer than normal.
Slower delivery is more likely in Italy, Spain and Germany
Buyers in Italy may have to pay slightly more for shipping 16 oz gloves. Also, there is no discount for multiple pairs of gloves.
All gloves are sent by registered mail, this includes insurance. Registered mail items can be tracked only in Canada. In the US, Registered mail items can only be tracked at the time of delivery. You will have to sign to receive registered mail items. If there is no one to sign for the package, it will be returned to the post office and a note will be left for you. Sometimes people do not get the note, so please contact us if you have not received the package within 16 days of the shipping date.
Returns:
We will accept returns of items that have not been used. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product, not including shipping. You must pay the cost of return shipping. Will will issue a refund upon receipt of unused merchandise.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be for the item price, not including shipping. Refunds will be made when the item is received.
