Detailed Return Policies & Instructions: Items returned to Safe Home Products are subject to a 20% restocking fee except in the case of a product defect. Safe Home Products will exchange defective items for 30 days from the date of purchase per the return instructions below. Please contact the product manufacturer after 30 days for warranty repair or replacement. Note: Some products can not be returned due to sanitary, disease, expendable parts, or manufacturer's restrictions.
