I am offering two vintage functional metal flower frogs.  One is in the shape of a mesh dome and the other has a cage design.  Neither one is marked, but both are shown in Bonnie Bull's book called "Flower Frogs for Collectors."  She is a well-known authority and extensive collector of these items.  The cage frog has the original green paint, although worn in some places and the corners are open.  It measures 3 3/8 inches at the base and about 2 1/4 inches high.  The dome-shaped frog is made of black metal, unpainted.  It measures 3 3/8 inches on the base and about 2 1/4 inches high also.  Both are in good condition, ready to be used again or just for display.
