This auction is for a Ty Beanie Babies Osito the bear beanbag plush toy, in good condition.

Payment

Payment is expected within ten days of auction close.  I accept PayPal payments and money orders.  Please note that if using an e-check through PayPal, there is a waiting period until the check clears.  Please contact me if you will be delayed in your payment.

Shipping

Most items will be shipped the following business day, after payment is received.  I do combine shipping for multiple purchases, based on the weight of the package.  If purchasing multiple items, please wait to pay until I send you a combined invoice.  Delivery confirmation and insurance are included in the shipping fees.  After shipment, I will enter the delivery confirmation number in the item details.  To check this number, find the item under your "Items Won" link.  Please note that I use a third party insurance provider, so there will not be any markings on the package to indicate that it has been insured.

Returns

In order to avoid any problems, please ask any questions you may have before purchasing.  If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of delivery.  We will accept a return only if there is a clear misrepresentation of the picture or description of the item.  Please email me before returning an item.  Upon receiving the item and assessing its condition, I will refund the payment, including shipping.  Otherwise, all sales are final.

Important Information

All items are from a smoke and pet free home, unless noted.  All plush toys are in good, gently played with condition, with no rips, stains or tears.  Any electronic toys and video games are in good, working order.  Any obvious wear will be noted in auction descriptions.  Books and book lots are always in good, readable condition.  Some may have name inscriptions inside, or minor shelf wear to spine and cover.  Any scribbling, ripped, or torn pages will be noted in auction.  If you have any problem with your item, please contact me.  I want everyone to be happy with their purchases.
