Artist: Ty Terrell / Willie "The Moon Man" Echols

Title: "Here Comes The Night Part One" b/w "Here Comes The Night Part Two"

Label: Golden West #105

Year: c. 1961

Grade: VG ("Part One" label has a square red ink blotch in upper left corner and "Part Two" label has a red ink blotch over Willie "The Moon Man" Echols’ name)

This rare, unusual record is the same record as another release by H. B. Barnum Production on Good Sound Records #105 in 1961 with "Part One" by Jimmy Norman and "Part Two" by Willie "The Moon Man" Echols. Though "Part One" credits Ty Terrell on the label, it is the same recording as the one released as by Jimmy Norman on Good Sound. Jimmy Norman was the writer of "Time Is On My Side" (a hit for Irma Thomas and also The Rolling Stones) and also a member of The Coasters.

"Here Comes The Night" was written by Leonard Jewell Smith. This record is an H. B. Barnum Production. "Part Two" is by Willie "The Moon Man" Echols which is also the same recording as the Good Sound #105 release.

Ty Terrell is best known as being a member of doo wop group, The Robins who had hits such as "Smokey Joe’s Café," "Riot In Cell Block #9," "Framed," "A Fool Such As I," "Cherry Lips," and others. Some of The Robins later became The Coasters while Terrell remained with The Robins. Terrell also had a dance record released in 1959 called "The Scratch." Another record "I Gotta Dance" b/w "Shake What You Got" was released on Wizard Records.
