Return Policy
Please contact us if you believe that the product you received is defective to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning the product(s).  Products shipped back to us without a Return Authorization number will be rejected and shipped back at the Customer's expense. Please read the return policy below:

• Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if any products are missing or sustained damaged in transit.
• All return requests must happen within 14 days after taking delivery of the product.
• Due to manufacturer restrictions, all software, consumable products such as ink, toner and recordable media are NOT returnable.
• All direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued. 
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. We are NOT responsible for any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.
• Products must be returned within 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA number. All RMA items returned to our warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense.
