IT IS IN MINT OR NEAR MINT CONDITION AND FEATURES THE THEME "BOBBIN LACEMAKING". THIS BOOKLET LITHOGRATH AND ENGRAVED 22 CENTS STAMP IS #2351 IN THE SCOTT'S CATALOGUE. IT WAS CANCELLED ON AUGUST 14, 1987 AT YPSILANTI, MI 48197. IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS INTO STAMP COLLECTING, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST DAY COVER FOR YOU.
