U.S. ARMY - COMMANDER IN CHIEF, STAFF OFFICER, COLONEL AND PRIVATE FIRST CONTINENTAL RHODE ISLAND INFANTRY - 1782 - 1796
From " The United States Army And Navy " by Lieutenant - Colonel A.Wagner and Commander J.D.Kelley which details the history of these two forces from revolution to the end of the Spanish - American war.
This an original chromolithograph print published in 1899 by The Werner Company and not to be confused with later issues or reprints.
A light crease upper left of the image, otherwise fine, virtually unmarked condition with bright, rich colouring.
Measuring approx. 13" x 9" (330mm x 230mm) image area only with titled margins beyond , perfect for framing.
