U.S. Design Patent for a display
/ organizational unit for
the Sony Playstation 3 video game system
Lacking the time or resources
to further my design patent at this time, I am offering it for sale
along with its trademarked "Traystation" name, all supporting
official documentation, diagrams, professional technical drawings, some
basic marketing materials (logo, brochure and two-page website presented
in digital format on optical disc), and physical prototype. The prototype
was professionally constructed of plexiglas for display purposes only,
standard injection-molded plastic would be the manufacturing process
of choice for strength and durability. The general idea behind the design
is to contain the Playstation 3 in its space-saving, but venerable
to being tipped-over, "upright" position, along with
two controllers and their cords, manual booklets and approximately 22
game disc cases, greatly reducing the clutter and space occupied by
the unit and its peripherals when sitting flat and disorganized.
The official patent number is: D561,265 issued in Feb 2008 which will
be valid for a term of 14 years. The preparation work and official filing
were performed by Hoffman & Baron, LLP, in Syosset, NY. A stipulation
of the sale price as shown shall require either you or your attorney
prepare the appropriate sale and transfer of ownership rights documents
&/or contract(s) as you see fit. If you would prefer said documents
be drafted by my attorney an additional approximately $1, 500 will be
added to the stated price. Advanced detailed information including .PDF's of the official paperwork and schematics can be viewed HERE on G00gles patent search pages. Thank you.
