THIS IS A COMPLETE YEAR SET OF THE COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS THAT WERE ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES IN 1971. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 23 STAMPS, WHICH INCLUDES TWO SE-TENANT BLOCKS OF FOUR AND ONE PAIR, IN THIS COMMEMORATIVE SET, SCOTT CATALOGUE NUMBERS 1423-1445. ALL STAMPS ARE MINT, NEVER HINGED JUST AS THEY CAME FROM THE POST OFFICE.
