Here's a great, sound, complete used set of U.S. Scott # 3189a-o Celebrate the Centuries events of the 1970's. This set was the eighth of a set of 10 different sheets issued in 1998 to 2000.  Here is a very hard to find set that's in high demand with a 2006 Scott Catalog value of 9.75. The scan represents the quality of the set you canm expect. All are very nice sets! If you don't have this yet, you want it and need it so bid now! They're only getting harder and harder to find!
