A word about payment:  We expect payment as soon as possible after purchase, but we understand that things happen.  Please contact us within 7 days if you are having a problem making your payment.  If payment is not received within 14 days, we will send you a reminder.  After 21 days, your item(s) will be returned to our store inventory.

A word (or two) about shipping (and handling):  Due to postal rate increases and the cost of supplies, we periodically increase our shipping charges.  We still believe that the total package: cost of item + shipping cost + customer service = the best deal to be found, online or elsewhere.  We ship only USPS First Class Mail and First Class Mail International, and not the slower services used by many sellers.  Your item(s) will be in the mail within two days of your payment, excepting Sundays and postal holidays.

A word about our shipping discounts:  We offer a shipping discount of one-half shipping cost for each additional item.  Beyond the tenth item, additional items are only one-half the discounted shipping cost of the second item.  Below are some examples of our shipping discount:
