UFDC 1997 PATSYETTE TRUNK SET, EFFANBEE!

We are happy to be able to offer this very special doll and truck set for sale on e-bay. This is the UFDC Convention package from 1997. This charming Effanbee Patsyette was reproduced in a limited quantity of 360 pieces and produced exclusively for the UFDC convention. Patysette introduced way back in 1931 and was a huge success at the time. This exact replica in made from the molds from the original composition doll. She is all vinyl, she is Afro-American, she has molded brunette hair in the page boy style, painted brown eyes and measures just under 9 inches in height. She is jointed at the neck, arms and legs. She comes with a full wardrobe.....she is wearing a navy blue jumper with red satin trim over an attached blue and white checked blouse, red shoes and white socks....Patysette comes with a red felt coat with a matching tam, a white with tiny red polka dots party dress with matching hat, and panties, pink and white stripe seersucker pajama’s with a pink felt robe and a white pillow. Accessories include a small black and white kitten, pink hangers, and extra pair of white socks with a pair of black shoes and a copy of the brass Effanbee bracelet that the dolls came with back then and a white plastic stand. She also has her Certificate of Authenticity and this all fits into a charming cloth domed trunk that is lined inside in red and white polka dot cloth with 3 drawers. It is a beautiful presentation set and will be a most welcome addition to any doll collection.
