My name is Dee Loiacono and I am the Artist behind “Little Cherubs Nursery”. I have been practicing this beautiful art form for 7 years now and I am still amazed at how it continues to grow and evolve. I am so proud to be able to keep up to date with the latest techniques and styles as we have come such a long way since the very early days where everything was just trial and error. I am very passionate about my art and strive to create beautiful and realistic heirloom babies that can be loved and cherished for many years to come. I have adopted my Little Cherubs to loving mums all around the world and sold many more in exclusive shops. I am so looking forward to offering many, many more beautiful babies and thank you for your continued support and lovely emails, it is my adopted families that makes this art so rewarding and possible.
Baby Annie started out as the gorgeous BARRY kit by Adrie Stoete. She is an outstanding and realistic looking baby. I am so in love with this beautiful baby girl and I am sure you will love and adore her as I do. Annie is a big realistic size baby and such a gorgeous baby girl, I love the sweet innocent look she has, she is sure to melt your heart as she has mine.

Beautiful true to life skin tones using Genesis Heat Set Paints, these paints are permanent and will last a life time.

Detailed painting with attention to the finer aspects of creating a newborn look, with hand painted tiny capillaries, blemishes, tiny milia and fine veining. Layer after layer is hand painted and then heat set until I am happy with the results. Little Cherub Babies are then given a few weeks to cure in my nursery before they are put up for adoption.

Babies beautiful lips and nails have been meticulously hand painted, shaded and highlighted and then sealed with varnish.

Babies bodies are custom made for them so they can pose just like real babies, they are then weighted appropriately in all of the right places so they snuggle right into your arms.

Finely hand painted newborn wispy hairline and micro rooted Angora mohair for an authentic newborn look.

Beautiful hand picked coming home outfits for each Little Cherub, you will love dressing your baby in her gorgeous outfits and then changing her into her baby night gown for sleep time.

Custom made packaging to ensure her safe arrival home.
Baby started out with her warm soapy bath so that she was clean and fresh with no impurities on her skin. She was then meticulously hand painted layer upon layer with a unique blend of paints that I hand mixed just for her. Each vinyl kit is different so each and every baby needs their own technique for achieving an individual look. So much time and attention to detail goes into making her baby skin come to life. Subtle blue undertones to give her skin depth with transparent layers of skin tones, capillaries and barely there veining. She has been given a healthy just born pink colouring. Each part of her has been highlighted, shaded and blushed to complete my impression of an Infant baby.
Babies lips have been tinted, shaded and highlighted, I have opted to varnish her little mouth with a satin varnish for a real newborn “wet look”, her nose and eyes have also been given a wet look for added realism.
Baby has been given a custom made body just for her, it has been weighted in all of the right places and filled with the softest fluffy polyfil. Her head will need supporting just as an infants would and when she is not being held, she can curl up into those adorable baby poses that we love so much!.
Annie has the most GORGEOUS head of beautiful blonde curls. I have hand painted her little head first and then micro rooted the softest angora blonde mohair all over little head, this has given her the most amazing and realistic look, it is just outstanding, Annie just looks like an angel!!!! Her hair has been sealed with waterproof sealer and can be gently washed, I have also given her an adorable sticky up bit which completes her newborn look. Hours and hours go into this process and each hair is has been placed and angled to achieve her gorgeous look but the results are amazing.
This beautiful baby has been a pleasure to work with and a true labour of love. If she has captured your heart, then this is the time to consider bringing her home to you. She will not be duplicated and I am unable to take on any custom orders at this particular time. She is looking for the perfect parents to love and cherish her and in turn she will give you love, joy and happiness.

Little Cherub Babies have had their beautiful baby pictures taken in natural daylight, as a result, their skin tone may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting. Babies skin tone may appear lighter or darker on different monitors. No photos have been enhanced in anyway and I have tried to take as many close up and clear photos as possible. I am an artist and not a photographer but do try my best with photos
Babies weight and measurements are an approximate guide only and all items not stated in babies take home package remain the property of “Little Cherubs”.
If baby should arrive home with her paci/dummy, please be aware that care should be taken around pacemakers and computers and of course very small children, as these magnets are quite strong, please email me before after auction end if you wish to have them removed.
