Shipping Insurance is always available for you for a small fee. If you have any doubts about any shipping servce that we use, then we recommend Shipping Insurance. We are not responsible for any damage incurred once we have turned over the package to the USPS or UPS or whichever service we use.

We require payment within 7 days of the Auction Close. After 7 days we file a Non Paying report with ebay and it is out of our hands. If there is something that will delay your payment, please contact us immediately and we will try to work out an arrangement with you.

All our items may be returned only if they are not as they were described in the listing. Damage during shipment is not our responibility. You will have to make the call as to whether to buy Shipping Insurance.

Refunds are given as "money back" if they meet the above requirements. Please contact us before returning an item for instructions.
