This vintage "UNDERDOG" toy by Playskool is in great condition, with no broken parts. This oddball Underdog item is getting harder to find, in any condition, as collectors of Underdog and Playskool items are competing to obtain them. The object of the toy is to get the black wheel spinning as fast as you can, and place the toy on a flat surface. The toy then speeds out of control and smashes into anything that gets in the way resulting in an early bedtime for junior, and the trash can for old UNDERDOG. That's why it's a rare toy!
