Born in the hills of northern Thailand the Karen hill tribe have been making high purity silver jewelry for centuries. Their masterful jewelry making skills and their lovely hand-sculpted designs in almost pure silver, have been passed down from generation to generation for hundreds of years. 

Each piece is made by hand, with engraving performed by using their traditional methods of hand-tooling. Each item is a unique masterpiece that is the result of many centuries of refinement  and illustrates elements of the Karen Hill Tribe culture. Each piece with it's engraved plants, flowers, animals and beautifully designed geometric shapes hints at a very ancient time and the Hill Tribe's connection to the land and water and their relationship with the flora and fauna of their time.

CARE OF YOUR NEW SILVER JEWELRY

Due to a silver purity of over 95%  you will find Hill Tribe silver to be more tarnish resistant than sterling silver (92.5%).  Store your Hill Tribe silver in an air tight container and keep it out of direct sun light.

Like all silver jewelry it may be necessary to occasionally clean your Hill Tribe silver.  We recommend silver polishing clothes or rubbing the piece with a  little baby powder for a great result.  Liquid jewelry cleaners may strip the silver of any oxidized detail in the  Hill Tribe silver piece.

We Accept PayPal Only.  PayPal is the most secure & reliable on-line payment method for Ebay style auctions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept other forms of payment that would require mailing. 

PayPal payment should be sent within three days  of the auctions end. After 7 days  an "Unpaid Item Case" will be opened. 

Ebay policy states: Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win an online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

Shipping

 At this time everything is shipped via THAI INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL  from here in Bangkok. The approximate delivery time is 2-2 1/2 weeks from date shipped. We try to have all items shipped the very next day after payment has been confirmed through PayPaL. Often packages are delivered to United States addresses much sooner than even two weeks but please be patient if it takes a few days longer. There can be delays in U.S. Customs. Thai mail is extremely reliable but takes time. Although we can confirm package delivery through registered mail we can not "track" packages unless FedEx shipping is used and the price is $32.00 per .5 Kilo package and must be requested by the buyer. 

 A single item is shipped via Thai International Airmail  for $4.75-$6.25 according to the package weight. Additional items won can be shipped together for the cost of $1.60 each. It is very advantageous to purchase more than one item! All items eligible for reduced shipping must be purchased within a 5-day period. Please wait for our invoice. Shipping from Thailand is more expensive than from the United States but we try to keep the price of shipping and packaging to a minimum
