Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  In the event your platinum chain arrives damage or unwearable, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by either phone or email and obtain a refund authorization number.  You will then be required to return the unworn product INCLUDING ALL INVENTORY TAGS AND NECKLACE BOXES within three days of receipt.  Upon arrival, your refund will be processed.  IF ANY INVENTORY TAGS ARE REMOVED OR DAMAGED FOR ANY REASON, your purchase will be sent to GIA for certification.  Upon return from GIA, you will receive a refund minus a 25% GIA recertification fee.  IF GIA DOES NOT CERTIFY THE PRODUCT, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!  Shipping refunds will only be given if your product is received damaged.  Why do we do this?  There's a lot of fraud out in cyberspace both on the retail and consumer ends.  We are honest and hope you are too.
