This UNIVERSAL REPLACEMENT dishwasher WATER VALVE has 4494 printed on the bracket. There are multiple mounting screw holes and 3 slightly larger holes on the mounting bracket. If you have any questions, please ask. It is NEW in its original packaging that has been around awhile but the valve is in perfect condition and has never been installed.
