Soft, warm and durable is the name of the game with these huge 60"X50" throws. They're made of 85% virgin acrylic and 15% polyester, are machine washable and dryable, and are made in the USA. Usually the irregularity is a very minor flaw such as a discoloration where some of the design thread got woven in the background in the wrong place creating a line or spot on the blanket.
