If in the very rare case that your unlock code is not found on the database, you will be notified and given a full 100% refund usually within 24 hours of notification. We will also inform you of other methods to unlock if available.
If we supply a non working unlock code, we will need to verify the IMEI and unlock code. If the code comes back the same, we will need a continuous VIDEO showing the IMEI of the phone and the unlock code not working and we will be glad to refund. When you purchase this auction, you are abiding to all conditions.
If you submit the wrong IMEI, a new purchase will be needed. Also once submitted, an order can not be cancelled. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to this.
