SHIPPING POLICY

Products can only be shipped to the buyers Confirmed PayPal address, no exceptions. Please assure this information is correct and up to date before placing an order.

Shipments are made each business day. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Great care is taken to ship same day any items for which payments are received and cleared before 2pm (business days only).

All shipments will be made via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or Fedex. Unless specified otherwise, shipping method is left at sellers discretion.

Generally, products will be shipped using Priority mail, this includes items under Free Shipping offers.

Signature Confirmation will be required for all items shipped. This is for both buyer and seller security.

Buyers can expect to receive an email with tracking information as soon as the item(s) have shipped directly from PayPal. Buyers are instructed to check with PayPal for tracking information before contacting seller or taking further action.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Buyer has 48 hours from the time product is received to report any issues/defects to the seller. The buyer then has five (5) business days to return the product in sellable condition back to the seller. Item(s) must be received within the five (5) business days. Any queries for items received outside of this time period are left entirely at sellers discretion.

All products are checked to be functioning correctly before being shipped out. This extra measure is taken to avoid any DOA (Dead On Arrival) or faulty items from being shipped to the buyer. 

All items are non-refundable. Exchanges will only be made for exceptional circumstances, and final decision lies with the seller.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. No exceptions.

If due to exceptional circumstances a refund is processed, the buyer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in original sellable condition, with all accessories etc included.

Under no circumstances is original shipping refundable.

All items must be returned in original packaging with any included accessories and documents received. Buyer will be held accountable for any damaged or lost items. Charges to reflect costs will be billed to buyer.
