ABOUT GTM380 (Models: MO 0301)

The GTM380 is the third generation of PCI Express MiniCard module designed by Option to be compatible with mobile operator infrastructure equipment capable of supporting HSDPA data rates of up to 7.2 Mbps in downlink as well as HSUPA data rates of up to 2 Mbps in uplink.

The GTM380 is the right solution for embedding HSUPA, HSDPA, 3G and EDGE connectivity technology into laptops and PDA devices.

The higher uplink speed enables applications with high uplink bandwidth requirements like videosurveillance.

The GTM380 includes type 3 Advanced Receiver Techno-logy (ART) bringing the benefit of Receive Diversity and Receive Equalization combined. Both are essential for maximizing the benefit of HSDPA 7.2.

Backward compatibility ensures HSDPA downlink connections at lower data rates of 3.6 Mbps and 1.8 Mbps and UMTS uplink connection of 384 Kbps.

Compatible with most laptop: DELL / Samsung / Acer / Sony / Toshiba ... , Not for IBM and HP.
