Directed by Gregory Hoblit (FRACTURE, PRIMAL FEAR), UNTRACEABLE follows F.B.I. cybercrimes specialist Jennifer Marsh (Diane Lane) as she attempts to track down a serial killer who brazenly displays his murderous deeds on the Internet. Aided by fellow agent Griffin Dowd (Colin Hanks) and local detective Eric Box (Billy Burke), Marsh tenaciously hunts for the elusive criminal in rainy Pacific Northwest settings, but as she closes in on her target, he deviously finds ways to get closer to her, all the while killing his victims in increasingly faster fashion. Clearly referencing a number of renowned thrillers--most notably the SAW films, SEVEN, and SILENCE OF THE LAMBS--UNTRACEABLE is far from an original cinematic exercise. However, Lane's steely, smart, and beautiful heroine ably anchors the film, which also benefits from its appropriately gloomy Portland, Oregon, backdrop. As with any effective suspense movie, the thrill is in the chase, with the cold-blooded killer proving to be quite adept at disguising his real location, even as his disturbingly popular site remains prominently on the web (hence the picture's title). Though not up to par with classics such as SEVEN and SILENCE, UNTRACEABLE is a well-crafted genre film that easily eclipses other like-minded fare, particularly FEARDOTCOM and the SAW sequels.

Standard Shipping -  Free for this item.  Single disc DVDs are shipped First Class.  Two disc sets and multiple orders are shipped via Media Mail. Unlike most other movie sellers, we self insure, meaning you do not have to pay additional money to insure your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will replace it.  When comparing Shipping & Handling charges, remember that Delivery Confirmation and our insurance are included at no additional cost.  Estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 days.

Priority Shipping - $2.50 for the first DVD, and no additional charge for multiple items that also have free shipping.  Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days.  All orders are insured by us at no additional cost.

Please note that some of our items offer free shipping while others do not.  If you want to combine items that have a free shipping offer with those that do not, please request an invoice prior to paying as the additional item charge will apply on those items without free shipping.

All Other Countries -  $3.00 for the First Class International rate for this item.  There is no additional charge for single disc DVDs that offer free domestic U.S. shipping.  For multiple purchases, First Class International shipping and handling is the highest shipping cost in your order, plus half of the shipping cost for each additional box set, and no additional charge for single disc DVDs.  You may choose from First Class International (most economical) or Priority International (fastest).  Please note that payment must be combined in order to receive the combined shipping rate and that customs delays can sometimes occur and cannot be predicted.  Large orders weighing over 4 pounds fall into a different shipping category and may require additional postage.

Return Policy -   Customer Satisfaction is our top priority.  We guarantee our movies to be free from defects.  Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase.  If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail.  Please include your name, address, and explanation of the defect with all returns.
