Up for auction today is an oddball Automatic Electric test dial. I have been told that these were used in central offices. What makes it unusual are the 11 finger wheel holes. It is a rural numbers only dial face. The numbers go from 1 to 10, and the 11th hole reading A. On the back of the dial reads 857C, on the box it reads D84857.  It is NOS with the original box and wrapping paper.   I would appreciate any information on this dial and what it was used for. Shipping is the minimum $ 4.95 for Priority Mail.
