CONTRACT

Bidding on article(s) indicates your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions posted herein. Your bid is a binding and legally enforcable contract.

PAYMENT

Payments must be made as described no later than (5) days after auctions end. Failing to do so will cause your bid to be forfeited, a non paying bidder alert to be filed and will eventually result in negative feedback. Payment shall be made via Paypal, money order, Visa/MC, or certified check or similar bank draft. You may also use your credit card to pay by phone at auction's end.

TAXES

State of Georgia Sales Tax is 7% and will be collected at time of payment unless a sales tax number is on file or the item is shipped out of state.

CONDITION REPORTS

The entire purpose of our description is to give our readers a general description and idea of the item for bid. If you are the winning bidder, you are guarded against any major discrepancy or fraudulent statements in the given description. If any discrepancy is less than major, under no circumstances will any adjustment or refund be made. We do not sell on approval.

What we believe to be ample photography of ample resolution is supplied as a representation of the item(s) for auction. If for any reason you are not completly confident please DO NOT BID.

SHIPPING

Buyer pays actual insured shipping on 40 pounds. Insurance is required.

Overseas and international buyers will pay shipping as above plus $10.00 handling fee.
