Scott Number US#414 (Franklin-A148).  This beautiful stamp is graded Extremely Fine 90, Mint, with Original Gum, Never Hinged, by the P.S.E.  It comes with P.S.E. Certificate No. 01071939 (2006) which certifies that it is "genuine unused, o.g., never hinged" and P.F. Certificate No. 0154817 (1985) which certifies that it is "genuine."  Current SMQ value is $285.00.  Quite scarce with this wonderful centering and crisp image.  Only 26 known stamps graded higher.
