1934C $5.00 BLUE SEAL

This is a nice note.  A 1934C $5.00 SILVER CERTIFICATE, in Choice FINE condition.  But you can judge for yourself to make the final decision.  The pictures can be enlarged.  The note has the distinctive LARGE BLUE SEAL of all 1934 $5 silver certificates.  It was actually printed from 1946-1949 during the first term of President Harry Truman.  It has the signatures of Julian and Snyder.

This note is still firm, and fairly clean, it has sharp corners, good color contrast with no writing, or missing pieces.  There are folds, wrinkles and some light soiling.  It has 2 pin holes but solid edges with no edge tears.  It is an attractively good example of old paper money.  The Large Dark Blue Seal and serial numbers are striking.  Book Value is $12.50 for the note, but retailers and the Shop at Home TV Channel often charge $25 each in this condition, so place a bid and enjoy a bargain.
